There are 3 types of body fluids: blood, lymph and intercellular fluids. An adult person in average carries approximately 1.5 gallons of blood, a quarter gallon of lymph, and 2.6-3.2 gallons of intercellular fluids. In order to improve chronic pain, all the body fluids need to be circulating well so that the pain producing substances, such as bradykinin will be drained. Massage is particularly good at doing this. With the unique technique, I can efficiently eliminate pain producing substances out of the muscle fibers and restore the healthy body.

NOTE: In the USA, intercellular and lymphatic fluids are often combined together and called lymph, but I approach the fluids in the lymphs and other fluids separately.
